Your heating and cooling equipment run countless hours every year and routine maintenance makes sure that you avoid unnecessary breakdowns and are operating safely and efficiently.

How often should I change my filter?
A lot of variables will dictate how often you need to change your filter. Average 1” filters will last in most homes 1-3 months. If you have a premium 4” or large filter, most homes can get 6 months to 1 year before needing a filter change.

My furnace or air conditioner is not working properly, do I need service?
Before you call a company out make sure to check a few things. Verify that your filter is clean. Does your thermostat take batteries and if so do they need changed? Are the breakers or power switches on to the equipment? Many service calls can be avoided by inspecting these items first.
